went out to the mouth of the wallace with a few friends of mine, we were hoping for silvers but ended up just slaying the pinks, literally every cast we were hooking into a pink, and it was interesting because i was using a 3/4oz jig with a b2 squid on it and i was actually hooking the pinks in the mouth, i thought by now they would competely ignor all tackle up there, but it was fun, i ended up going to the sky to take home some pinks for the smoker, but all in all we probably laned about 50 fish, all C&R, but great entertainment, didnt see any silvers jumping though

ya my buddy went up to the hatchery and was watching the fish spawn and was fishing for some silvers and he saw a 22lb steel head in the water, it at his coryk and yarn, but the corky and yarn had floated off the hook up the line so he didnt get the steelhead haha
