Well started out on the yup this morning spent a hour and a half there and pulled my gear and headed to the green. Went to my normal hunny hole down a ways from the log jam. Pinks are still in there thick. Snagged about 30 fish brought a total of 42 fish into shore. Snagged a couple of nice silvers that were released also a large king. Lost lots of gear due to only running 12lb line. Took home 3 pinks and 1 silver, silver was about 5lbs.

Was a great day, don't like snagging fish but still fun to catch and release.

Saw another silver brought in by the mouth by a guy right next to me. Looked to be about 9lbs or so.

Sorry no pics

snagging is illegal even if you release. If the fish are stacked so thick that you cannot help but snag them you should move on and find a hole with aggressive fish.

you are right, but if they are biting the hook and I try to set the hook and it sets in the head or gill, not much I can do about it. They were aggressive but I think I might be a little to slow on settign the hook and that is why I think so many were snaged. But next time I will move on to a new hole.
