Went to the river just a tad above the Valley Mall. Tell me if i'm wrong but along there it is barbless one hook? Well I fished that way anyways thinking to be safe than sorry. Found alot of not so hungery trout that looked to fat on crawdads. Caught a couple of those, too. Over all, I missed two bass, caught a nice 8 incher who look heavey for his length, and missed a trout on a float and fly. Overall had alot of fun and can't belive that the river along there is full of heavy metal! it is sooooo clear!
GOOD LUCK AND GOOD FISHING

you're not wrong. from upriver dam to the idaho border it is selective gear rules, which means no bait, and barbless single point hooks, (no treble hooks).
