I went fishing once again with Phil Stephens of Mystical Legends Guide Service 4pm to 8 pm. It was just as great as it was in June but it was a very hot day, at times almost to hot to handle. He told me the night before that the bite had slowed a bit. There weren’t a lot of bites but I came home with two steelhead, one was 32 inches and the other 23 inches. We fished with diver and shrimp. It was so much fun but did I mention how hot it was?

I didn't see any others caught. There were only a few boats out. We talked with one and he had one fish. At about 7pm they started to jump. There were some large fish jumping. We caught the big one upriver from Blue Creek.

nice job toni .fished the puy and so far fish 2 me 0 .my buddy got a 19lb king yesterday and c&r a 20lb or so native this morning but its not hot by anymeans but there are some there .anyway good job on the steelies double thumbs up.oh can u explain the shrimp set up and how they prepared the shrimp for the hook set up u caught them on.
