We launched at Howard Miller Steelhead Park at about 7:15 AM. We fished downstream from the park. We anchored and casted pearl jigs with pink and purple hair, tipped with sand shrimp tails. The river was low and gin clear. There were lots of silvers in the river and a few chums. There were two anglers, myself and my fiance, and we both limited. We were off the river by noon. A great day of fishing. I caught two silvers, one was chrome bright, and my fiance caught two chums, one of which was bright and the other was smoker-quality.
