Started my day at the Reformatory Hole on the Sky but to my surprise the owner had put up a fence. I could have easily walked around it but decided to ask permission first - no one home. Water was kinda high and dirty on the Sky anyway so off to plan B, the Wallace river where it flows into the Sky. It was a 1 1/2 hour adventure trying to find the walk in access point. I never did find it but got in crossing from the west over (won't do that again!). Anyway, thanks to Jordan at 3 Rivers Marine for giving me the right directions. As to the fishing, there are fish to be had and I spoke with Jordan later - he was there earlier in the day and caught a couple. My fishing time was short and I had no luck. Probably needed to fish way deeper than I did. The worst part of the day came when I got home and discovered a loose load in my truck bed had broken my float rod. Ouch.
