Launched from Sultan and on the water fishing at 8am with my friend Brad. We fished a variety of rigs - Dick Nites, jigs with prawns, plugged. There were fish around - as seen by the jumping - but no biters. Water flow was on the low side, 1380 CSF. Note to self, that's about as low as I'd want to run my jet on. I had one spot that gave me a bit of trouble - scrape, scrape. We ended up hooking one silver and got him up to the boat when he fell off. A nice hooknose, too. Oh well. Called it a day at 1pm. Sunny skies after the morning fog burned off.

I have a 15 ft Klamath with a 50 hp jet. It's a light gauge aluminum jet and if I hit bottom I do get dents! Which I did this day. At 22 ft your boat might have had a harder time of it. You should really ask where you bought the boat, or, 3 Rivers Marine - I'll bet they could give you a better answer. Be safe!
