Finally got a chance to get to the coast to dig Razor Clams. My grandson decided that he was gonna join me so what started out as a solo trip turned into a "guys" clamming & Pokemon Go adventure. I showed him how to dig for clams, and he tried to show me how to play Pokemon Go. He seemed to pick up on the clamming thing pretty quick, but this whole Pokemon thing is still Greek to me.

Anyway, had to pound the sand pretty good for the clams cuz they just weren't showing as well as they usually do. I'm not used to having to work this hard for clams on this beach so between the two of us, it took us about an hour and a half to get a limit.

The rain finally stopped around 10:00 and we were able to enjoy what turned out to be a nice afternoon at the beach.
