Went out again today today to chase Striped Seaperch. Found out I am not supposed to fish in the Marina. I was fishing on the breakwater and the fuel station guy chased me off. No worries, I found the perch again. I went to the west opening at the breakwater. There were big schools of them. I was fishing a dropshot rig with a 2" Berkeley sandworm in natural and camo. Both worked well. Once I was on them I caught them non-stop for a couple of hours. A lot of fun. No pictures but I took some more Video here.

It was not too cold. I have nice fleece under the drysuit, only my hands were cold.

I have fished in there for lingcod until about 8 am and then get chased out too~ there are no signs and I talked to a guy who said it is more for boat and human safety so we would just fish closer to the northern inside jetty until after 8:30 or so before getting yelled at! lol!

Thanks for posting. Enjoyed the video. The Marina posted "no fishing" signs all along the inside of the breakwater a few years ago probably due to reason mentioned above. I've fished inside prior to the signs going up for lings in season.
