Got to the Mukilteo Lighthouse at about 7:45. 2 other people on the beach that I could see. Tide had just started to shift, thought this might be ok. It was pouring rain. Think that might have kept some folks away. Fished until about 12:30 without even a bump. One guy was using herring under a float, another looked lime he was using a rotator, didn't see anyone get into anything. Just before I left saw someone leaving with a fish. He must have been either way south on the rocks, or possibly even around the corner. Lots of seals and sea lions, and their luck looked the same. Didnt see and schools of bait fish surfacing. Did see 2-3 coho jump, but that was it. Probably will head back to Deception Pass tomorrow. This rain should get the fish moving.
