The locals of the area told me that this lake was not fishable. I guess they didn't want the secret out. This lake is off Highway 104 just after crossing the Hoods Canal Bridge. Not sure on the size of the lake but it looks like it can hold both trout and some bass. I fished the lake for 3 hours and caught five. The trout were wild and the average was about 14 inches. Fished with rainbow powerbait with about a 3ft leader. Not bad for a lake that was supposed to be unfishable.
