Got to kyak point with sum buddies started tossing jigs off the peir not a lot of people so that was nice got there at about 9:30 10 tide was high could see schools of pinks running around hooked up and lost one threw out again when another school would go by hooked up again this time landed it with a crab ring punched the card first pink of the year soon as tide went out died stayed till 6:00 hooked up again broke my braided 30 pound test line darn oh well got one and caught a whole bunch of squid still early can't wait to get back out had fun

Nice report. 30 lb. braided has the strength of around 50lb mono. It's almost impossible to break unless it's frayed. Am looking forward to going back to KP. My car will be in the shop part of this week. That's what Hallmark condolence cards are for *lol*

Yeah I don't know how it broke I didn't. See any frays but I think the saltwater wears it after awhile I want to get back out so bad but I'm stuck watching the kids till Saturday sad face
