Fished from Thursday to Sunday and could not find any kings. Never saw one either. We got a few pinks every day so it wasn't a total loss. Most of them came on a white lightning or cop car coho killer. Irish cream was a productive color one day. I was able to get my cousin and girlfriend their first salmon so that was pretty neat. Still slow fishing though. We tried just about everything at admiralty, mid channel, and bush point.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like the Chinook MA9 season may last longer the expected, not many fish so far.

I hope it does last longer but I keep hearing that a possible closure will come before this weekend. I read today that half of the quota was caught already in the first four days. We were on the water at daylight and off the water by 3pm each day so maybe they caught them all in the afternoon/evening but we sure didn't see any kings kept. Pinks were deep, 90 feet or so! Also, check for shakers frequently. Lots of hitch hikers.

64% of the quota achieved opening weekend. Expected to close on or BEFORE this coming Saturday the 25th.
