Fished both saturday and sunday mornings, stayed mostly with the herd of boats outside of Edmonds Marina just south of the Ferry route. Saturday had 6 hook-ups, but only 1 in the boat. Sunday 9 hookups and 7 in the boat. On sunday we had poles in the water at 6:30 am and had 4 fish by 9:00. All four were caught with 50-70 feet on the downrigger. From 9:30 to 12:30 we landed 3 more fish mostly at 90-105 on the downrigger.
All of the fish were caught using green/chrome flashers with a sparkly rusty/orange colored squid, with a strip of herring. Fish ranged from 4 to 9 pounds, with most around 7 pounds.
