This report is for the Quadfather since he will be happy to know that the pinks are finally winding down, at least in the Tacoma salt water areas, so probably not too many more reports...

Hit the Brown's Point Beach area at around 11:30 and saw a guy fighting a pink, then about 5 minutes later another guy landed one. Then it went cold for the next two hours. I was fishing the incoming tide, usually the best time to be there, but it looks like the numbers of fish on the beach are really shrinking. Talked to another fisherman who fishes the area daily, he said that there have only been a few fish caught there over the past week. Guess it's time to focus on the rivers if you still want to catch them.
I can hardly wait for 2015, hope the runs are even bigger!
