We hit the water around 7 this morning and left at 10 with 7 fish.. Pretty good day. Had fun chatting with all the people along the shore and had lots of opportunity to see different tactics and try some new things. Most guys were using buzz bombs or squid jigs, I threw vibrax #4 in silver and pink to try and break the norm and caught sone fish on those. 2 of mine were caught on my trout rod with 6 lb p line strung up on it, that was a thrill. The big rush of fish was right as the tide was coming up from low tide around 7:30-8am.
