I fished the lake first in the spring. Heard it had some big largemouth, but I wanted to hook into the tiger musky. Never did catch any large mouth of any size but finally caught a musky. It was just shy of the legal limit, but it was a blast to land. I was in my 11 foot kayak. Later that month I was trying for largemouth again with no luck. As I was leaving the lily pads I made one last cast. i caught another musky around the same size as my last one. Oddly enough I was fishing for bass with a small white and green crank bait. Never thought a musky would hit it, but apparently it's a good musky lure.
