Myself and three of my buddies dropped pots at 7:00 am and pullled them about 1:30pm. We all limited out with 20 crabs altogether. Most of the crabs are above the 7" range. I drop my pots between 40' to 60' depth. I use herring and smelt for bait. If you have time take the kids out and catch some herring and smelt for crab bait or even for salmon. The four of us have brought in 36 crab altogether for the first two days of the season. We would of limited out, but some of the keepers were still to soft to keep.
