Got out to Bush Point at sunrise. From 7am-8am picked up two Salmon using a Pink Buzz Bomb. Both times I caught them having to cast out as far as my 30lb-test braided line and 7-foot rod would take my Bomb. I noticed the most action was coming from near the boat launch but there was good action all the way down the beach until 10am and didn't pick back up till 2pm I can attribute to slow current and plenty of kelp in the water during that time period.
