AREA 5 - Sekiu WA.


There are plenty of fish to catch at Sekiu these days, from Kings early in the AM to the Coho and Pinks all day long. This year we've had more Coho early and the Pinks are surprisingly large for this time of year. I've seen an 11 lb Pink already. The Coho are plentiful too but you have to sort through them to get hatchery keepers. As for the Kings, the morning bite has been great, from daylight to about 7 AM. Coho Killers, Herring, Hootchies and Brad's baits will all work. Here are a few successful clients with Kings in the mid to high teens.
