What a difference a day makes. Matador and I hit the water at first light only to find the fish I saw the day before, had moved on. We fished Thatcher, Tide point, and several other spots. I think we saw 2 nets, and one was a little blackmouth. Got really discouraged when 4-5 different pods of Killer whales came down Rosario Strait. Probably 20-30 Orcas spotted (some doing a full breach/jump) Kinda cool to see 'em until one pod actually came up onto the bar at Thatcher Pass. We put some miles on trying to find a fish. Found one Blackmouth on the out at Middle Bank (stopped on our way to Lime Kiln). I hope to see some better reports.
