My Girlfriend Melissa and I fished Silver Lake in the afternoon. We rented a boat from the folks that run the little resort there. Very friendly people. Rowed out to the lily pads around the edge of the lake and started casting rooster tails, but with no luck. After about forty-five minutes we both tossed in a worm and a bobber and immediately began catching little, big mouth bass. Melissa hooked three and I hooked two, all were about 6-8 inches, too small to keep but fun to catch.
