12/3/2008 9:42:00 AMbut some guy walked off the pier at about 330ish with a 9 pound king! i might of been using the wrong gear! i know darts, sometimes, buzzbombs, and new to the salmon fishery for edmonds is the new zinger! im getting one this weekend! i might go over 12-13 hrs. this saturday!

Yes you know the Zingers work... they for sure ain't new to the pier. If you can find the older glow in the dark type you might do better with them.
Nothing like catchin a Seagull or the loons or a boat or somebody else... or just on accident a um salmon.

12/3/2008 7:21:00 PMLike he said the Black Rock Fish are only about a pound or two at best. Nice fight on light gear - which is the other reason I said to Fishingboy (assuming you are who I think you are) the light rod and a big king is gonna be fun but scary.
