Hit the Clay Banks about 9:30 am., couple hours before low tide. Trolling close to the bottom at about 2-3 mph. Using 11" green-glow flasher, Ace Hi Fly and herring smelly jelly. Water was flat, not many boats. About 50/50 trollers/moochers. Nobody doing any good. Released a little shaker but that was it so about noon moved over to Quartermaster. Lots of bait in the water. Boated a small but legal chinook. Same setup as earlier, 90' on the downrigger, 110' on the sonar. Great day on the water.
