My Grandpa called this morning and said that the fishing at Bush Point was peaking for Humpies and that he was going to go today. I seized the oppurtunity and loaded up the car with Pink Buzz Bombs, the rods and the cooler. Arrived at the beach at 11:45 am after meeting him at his house, in time to catch the high tide around 12:20 or so. Slow with the occasional fish caught along the beach every 15 minutes, but then at about 12:30 the fishing was hot. I caught 2 in ten minutes, and everyone was yelling "Fish On." We stayed till 1:45 and left with 5 fish, 4 pinks, all +/- 5 pounds and about a 7 pound silver. I took my three Humpies home and 2 are in the smoking brine and one is getting ready to be barbequed. One guy caught about a 10 or 11 pound silver and another 5 pound silver with Pink Buzz Bomb. Nice weather and Great Fishing.
