After reading Caspers 'bass from the dock' story I decided to check it out. walked out on the dock mid afternoon and tossed out a green jig-head with a light chartreuse worm and caught a lot of algae and milfoil. Tossed my lure over about 15 feet onto a grassy log and eased in into the water when bang, bass. 6-6/12 inches. What made this a huge catch was that I saw the fish, watched it swim out from its cover, strike and bite. Kinda cool, eh ?!
