I fished with my friend Mauri off of Pt. Defiance from 0600 to 1000.
There were about 50 other boats on the water. We had not luck. We did not
see any other fish caught except for one other boat that caught a
Silver by the Owens Beach area.
When I was retrieving my boat I was talking to the lady that collects
launch fees at the booth. She said the day before every boat that returned to
the boat house had limited out.
I guess there is some truth about how good it is to fish just before a low pressure
weather system.
