Despite a big early morning blow, stuck it out to catch a reasonable amount of silvers. We started with one fish off Shilshole at 7 am, then another at 9 am. We were running three rods rigged with green flashers and maga green hoochies with a herring strip. 3rd pole had a flasher and large spoon. A second, better bite occurred from noon to 1 pm when we boated another 3 silvers plus returning a nice 12 pound king. Total fish for the day: 5 silvers and 2 kings (released). All hatchery silvers. Tough conditions early on kept a lot of anglers off the water I think.
