February 15th was good to me last year so I thought I'd give it a go again this year. After fishing with a bunch of boats just south on the Clinton Ferry, we went North of the ferry with the the current. I was seeing some fish suspended on my downrigger. As I was bringing up my Penn to 60', I felt this guy slam my hootchie while reeling up the downrigger. Caught several others between 16" and 21" that were released.
