Perch are not in yet. We fished ALL DAY. Caught 7 perch, only one jumbo and 6 between 8"-10". Used worms off the bottom and tried swedish pimples as well.VERY SLOW, but a nice windless day. The lake was like glass. Pretty disappointing.

The perch haven't started their pre winter schools yet, that almost seems late. Fishing seems I bit odd in the lakes this fall

Yep, certainly seems late, or I am just getting the winter fishing itch! Plus I need some fillets for the freezer! Keep the line wet and bobber down!

Thanks to you all for the info. Amen to the need of fillets for the freezer.
I plan to make a run to either Potholes or Moses this coming week.
Moses has been good near the I-90 bridge near Blue Heroin park in the past and Potholes on the South side of Goose Is.
