I saw that they stocked Black lake a couple of days ago and figured I would give it a shot. Got on the water about 9:00 AM and had my limit by 11:00 AM. Caught 5 very fat Rainbow Trout between 12-14" and weighing in between .87 and 1.14 lbs. They were all about 50-75 yards off shore in front of the public boat launch or just to the north of the launch. I was trolling at a depth of about 15 feet with the Panther Martin High Lake Troll with a snubber, a wedding ring in red and a green power bait trout nugget. Caught the first one in about 5 minutes of getting there. Then checked out the opposite shore and the south end of the lake and got zip. Once I got back by the boat launch I had the other 4 in about 30 minutes. Also lost a couple that threw the hook. All and all a great day on the lake.
