Swung by Clear Lake on my way home from Grandy. Only had about two hours of daylight left to fish so I pretty much just power fished through the pads fishing the inside edge, outside edge and middle with a swim jig, spinnerbait and buzzbait just trying to make something happen. I didn't touch a fish until back by the beaver dam where I caught two on back-to-back casts on a swim jig. Fished the area for a while casting at holes in the pads but didn't get another bite. Water was pretty stained from all the rain and the pads are rapidly retreating.
