I got to the launch just as it was getting light. I was on the lake by 6:30am. First fish in the boat by 7am. Nice 15 inch female kokanee. Had a few bites but they were trout.

Watching the video there were lots of lookers but they acted like my offerings weren’t worth the effort. I was using corn and salmon eggs on my Wannafish A Lure Mini Squiddy Thang pink with a Dick Nite Pink Splatter Dodger.

The water temperature was 66 degrees. The morning had a few clouds in the sky but it cleared off and the afternoon air was 76. There were weeds floating on the deep part of the lake which made it hard fishing. Water Skier came out before 9am and I quit shortly after that.
