Slow day on the Potholes. Was sure a great weather day though. Had 5 bites , landed two dandy largemouths, and a perch. Had a crushing hit that did not stay hooked, followed later by a dandy aerobatic display of a bass flying at least 4' out of the water with a plug in his mouth becoming unhooked after re entry. No walleye for us, did not see much being caught. Fished the humps. I have not had many opportunities to fish with my wife this summer, so I enjoyed every minute on the water with her. Glad she got to catch a few fish.
