Hi again all,

Just a quick report in for today, 8-14-16.

Hit the lake around 0815 solo this time, left the launch and headed for 40' of water and started to let out the colors. 3 colors of leaded line with a pink uv sling blade, clear pink spatter mini-hoochie tipped with a Power Wiggler and a dab of Mikes UV Trout scent. 0845 fish on, and theres a pretty little koke coming my way, 14". Right out of the gate!
Threw it on the stringer and loaded back up to keep on trying.
Between then and 1100, I caught 3 fairly small cutts and let them go because today, was a koke day (unless a big cutt grabbed a hold then I would make an exception... but that didn't happen).
With all of the ski boat traffic, the lake became a boil an add in the little bit of wind, me and my little aluminum called it a day.
