My son and I got on the water about 7 in the morning. We started working some shore lines across the lake from the boat launch. At about 9 A.M. I was working a top water chatter bait and she slammed it in about 3.5' of water. It was so cool to see her come up out of the middle of no where and hit the bait. It happened so close to the boat that it didn't take long to get her in the net. It is my all time best at 45". I am a little upset at myself that I was so excited that I forgot to take a girth measurement. I was lucky to see another very nice size Musky just chillin on the bottom. It was a great day.
