I got up at 4:30am, loaded the boat and was ready for Kim (pinkpole) when she got to my house at 5:30am. We were at Clear Lake launch before 6am and to thunder. We hesitated a bit but my plan was to troll looking for a place to still fish.
We launched and motored toward the east side of the lake. I got the kicker to start. Then it died. It seems to be sucking the air at the connection where the hose and motor go together. I got it started but then it died again. Therefore there was a change of plans.

We were in 59 feet of water where I found some fish on the finder which also said the water temp was 71 degrees. I threw out chum and we had bites but could not get them hooked. We left somewhere around 9. As I motored in the big motor started to beep again.

I sure enjoyed watching all the missed fish I got.

Cool video. Toni are you running the motors on seperate tanks? If not, do you have a check valve in the fuel line on the trolling motor side? Without a check valve the main will suck all the fuel out of the kicker fuel system, possibly even vapor locking a carborator kicker.

How do you still have hair? I would be pulling it out by now. Hell, I was yelling at the video LOL

cobrar543 I knew that I put eggs on that it would take some time to get off and I was just filming. Except for the very beginning of the video where it had a single egg. I did try to jerk up but it is like a rubber band with the camera inline. I was hoping they would swallow it.It is really hard to watch and react quickly to 2 rods
