My brother and I hit the lake at about noon and fished until 1600(4pm} or so. We put our kayaks in at the Kosmos launch and trolled/spot fished our way up the north bank. I caught a short smallie almost immediately after getting my line in the water. After that first fish I would say about every 5 minutes either my brother or I had a fish on. A couple of the fish were in the 12 to 16 inch range but mostly 8 to 12 inch range. All in all had a great day of fishing. Most fish were caught on rooster tails from 1/16oz to as big as 1/6oz. color did not seem to matter much as we caught fish on many different colors. Also the lake is super low right now so take caution if you intend on launching a boat there.
