Yeah I know, bluegill again. What's wrong with this guy? It was another kayak outing with the four year old. This time much closer to home and a lot more fishing success than our Silver Lake trip. He actually got tired if reeling them in. Got a few crappie also. My opportunities to cast for bass were limited due to not wanting to get too far from the launch in case of a potty break, but I see the potential here. Only one (courteous) water skier on the lake, which again was a lot nicer than Silver. I'll try this one out again, but next time I'll go by myself and hit some docks and maybe that South shoreline.
