Short morning fishing trip due to HIGH WINDS (White caps!). However, my wife was able to catch one plump, 18" rainbow that charged the bank with the crashing waves and after several wild jumps came to the net; but not before tangling my wife's line with a down the bank angler (a slight mess). We decided to give it up after the wind and waves seemed to increase even more. A lone angler in a jon boat was about to launch as we left; I would hope one look at the crashing waves would have told him another day, but....
