Headed out to Stevens for the Kokes. Started fishing at 2pm and finished at 5:07pm. God blessed with a limit of 10 Kokes. Used modified Elgin Fishing God's Tooth spoons with corn and dipped in Herring flavored super dipping sauce. I used the first modification with the 50/50 Gold spoon and used the second modification with the pink top. The photos show the setups again. Had 4 double hookups but only managed to land 2 fish out of the 8. Both setups had lots of action but for some reason today, the Kokes hit the pink top harder than the 50/50 so I wound up losing 7 fish on the 50/50 gold and only 4 on the pink top. Started at 25' and just finished dropping the 50/50 when fish on but then came off. Continued trolling at 20' and 25' but after 15 min no action so decided to flatline the pink top and troll the 50/50 Gold 5' down. That was the honey depth as fish in top 10' of water column. Did talk to another angler out on the water and he said he was catching some at 12'. Water really choppy and it was quite windy which made for a challenging afternoon. Wishing all tight lines!

Thanks for the great reports and sharing a new tool for our arsenal! I picked some of those up at Ted's in Lynnwood and will give them a try on Chelan!

Hi,
What speed did you have?

Hi romanfishing,
Unfortunately I am not that sophisticated so couldn't tell you my exact speed. Guessing I would say 1.4--1.6mph. Not a slow troll but not fast either. Had to contend with the wind and a lot of chop so speed definitely varied.
