Cassidy on hot action today. We started vertical jigging in 20ft of water couldn't get a darned thing to bite! After several of nothing! We decided to fish shallower in 7ft of water. 2nd cast with bobber and 1/32oz jig fish on! Nice 8.5" crappie. The bite continue on and never stop today, every 2-4 cast we were hooking up fish. We had to work the bobber to get action on to the jig in order for them to bite, we were casting 50- 80ft from the boat to cover as much water as possible in all directions. All three of us total of 30 crappies and two nice size catfish. I tried to upload pictures but it not working for some reason. I'll post link to my youtube channel so u can see our catch today.
