When I got to work on Wednesday the power was out and I got sent home. Bummer, so I took a coworker along and we grabbed the boat and headed to Cda for some pike fishing. The weather was cold and there was some wind to deal with but we didn't let that stop us. We managed 7 pike between the two of us. The wind had the lake stirred up and the fish were not as active as they were on Saturday. The best bite was in the cleaner water. No monsters on this trip the biggest fish was this 32"er. She was a little on the skinny side and only weighed in at a little over 7 pounds. Jerk baits, glide baits and frogs did the trick again this time. Water temps were low to mid 40's. The fish definitely liked the baits on the pause.
