Fishing was good. it took a long time to get off boat launch, but everyone was courteous. The State Park personal were very helpfull. Fished at North end of lake from 75-95 feet deep. Used red hooks and smile blades then just red hooks with a few beads on top. Bites were going on pretty much everywhere but I stayed out in the middle were it was less crowded as I was using two rods and fishing by myself. I had several double headers and ended up losing a few fish but it was a hoot. could have caught and released but the fish looked pretty tired after landing and I was concerned they would just die so I limited and headed home. The wind started blowing pretty hard anyway. I grea fishery and beautiful scenery.

I thought that the state park was closed as well as the ramp? Did they open just the boat ramp? Thanks for your feedback
