WE Fished both lakes over the labor day weekend and caught limits all days. Fishing on the upper Lake a little easier because there is more water, caught many 14-16 inch rainbows, and had a couple of huge holdovers break our lines. The lower lake is as low as I have ever seen, I was walking on the lake bed where I usually fish, no way to launch a boat, the is at about 25% if that, they need a lot of snow this winter, the upper lake is also very low. We stayed at Liars Cove and had a great time, Arnie and Nita are great. The deer population seems outstanding, must have seen at least 300 deer.
