Went with Glenn to Banks on Sunday to chase some eyes. We started at the south end near the islands and only managed 3 dinks. They were holding in 25-30 FOW and hit our worn harnesses fairly lightly. We then moved up to the miracle mile; the wind picked up and Glenn had his hands full trying to keep us at the right depth, which was 20-25 FOW, while pulling spinners. Silver colored blades and beads worked best helping us catch 50-60 eyes. Unfortunately most were about 12 inches and we just couldn't force ourselves to keep those little guys although I did land a 23 incher and two 26 inchers, all three were released. I also hooked another large fish, I'm guessing it was an eye, that was really pulling drag before it got off. The white caps finally drove us off of the lake just after noon.
