I stayed at Laurent Sun Village Resort on Blue Lake (Sun Lakes Chain). It was very windy and difficult to fish, but he fishing was great if you dared the breeze. I caught 4 nice fat rainbows that ran 15 - 16". I had the 5th one on but lost it at the boat. The wind finally drove me off the lake before I got the 5th fish. I went out later in the afternoon but without downriggers couldn't get down to the fish, so instead I grabbed a nightcrawler and caught smallmouth bass and perch for an afternoon fish fry.
