Launched my small boat onto Lost Lake in Mason County about 9:30 AM.
Mine was the only boat on the lake. Tried casting for bass. Worked hard for 12 bass and all were under a pound. Mostly about 10-11 inches. Caught 5 on a floating Rapala, 5 on a perch colored crank bait and 2 on a 1/4 ounce black jig. The high light of the trip, however, was when a 17 inch rainbow grabbed my crank bait. Unfortunately, I had to kill the trout to get the lure out of it's mouth.
