Hit the water on a beautiful sunny August day in search of largemouth. Armed myself with the usual arsenal of hungry bass lures and started working the south shore. First cast and wham a taker hit the senko, texas rigged weightless. Next cast, again landed another fish. Plastics seemed to produce the most fish, but they were definitely hungry and were easily caught on most any lure. Even after the wind picked up, the fishing remain excellent all day. I will be back soon.
