Day was windy and rain squalls came through like clockwork. In the calm periods between a few fish would be moving. Fished a clear I-line and a size 14 zug bug to rising fish with a very slow hand twist retrieve. Had 3 hits before I finally hooked and landed one - a 15" RB. Got another a little bigger and then a fish that took a lot of line and measured 21". This is a great lake - a very unique situation for fly fishermen. Private water opened to the public and stocked with really quality fish. Leave it as clean as you found it and leave a donation if you feel like it.
